Seat post clamp does not hold seat securely un position

The seat post clamp does not hold the seat up in position securely. The seat post is not round like normal bikes but a triangular design and it has a plastic sheath between the post and bike that causes slippingThis means that no matter how hard you tighten the seat post it keeps slipping down making the bicycle useless and probably the reason this defective product bicycle is selling so cheaply. Also the pedal and crank mechanism orientation have not been manufactured at true 90 degrees which means the pedal slightly twists beneath the foot when pedaling.Unfortunately could not pick up these defects during the return period which is very frustrating.
