If you find the same product at a lower price on any other UAE-based online retailer or marketplace within 7 days of your purchase, we’ll match the price or refund the difference.
How it Works:
- Buy from ChooseMyRide.ae or our official stores on marketplaces.
- Find a lower price for the exact same item (same brand, model, size, and color) from a verified UAE seller.
- Contact us with proof of the lower price (link or screenshot with date and time).
- Once verified, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method or offer you store credit — your choice!
Terms & Conditions:
- The product must be identical in all aspects (brand, model, specs, color, etc.).
- The competitor’s price must be publicly visible, available for purchase, and not part of a special promotion (e.g., flash sales, clearance, bundle deals, coupons).
- The seller must be a reputable UAE-based retailer. Prices from auctions, classified ads, or unauthorized sellers (e.g., social media resellers) do not qualify.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of your purchase.
- Shipping fees and taxes will be considered in the price comparison.
- One claim per product per customer.
