Free delivery across the UAE
We offer free delivery on all orders over AED 150 to all major UAE cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days.
Fully assembled delivery
Every bicycle from ChooseMyRide is delivered fully assembled and quality-checked before it leaves our warehouse. Your bike arrives ready to ride — no tools, no setup required.
Remote area delivery
Delivery to remote areas is available but may incur an additional charge as per courier rates. Please check our Remote Areas page to see if your location qualifies before placing your order.
Delivery to Oman
We ship to Oman. Delivery to Oman takes approximately 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Free returns — 14-day policy
Not happy with your order? We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange collection at no charge.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
