Dubai Ride Bicycle Rental Terms & Conditions

How it Works: 

1. Place Your Order: Once your order is received, our team will get in touch with you to confirm your height and help you choose the right bike size.
2. Schedule Delivery: We’ll then schedule delivery based on your preferred timing and availability.
3. Enjoy Your Ride: Bicycles will be delivered before November 1 and picked up after November 3.
4. Deposit Return: Upon pick-up, we’ll inspect the bicycle and return your deposit in full (if the bike is in the same condition).

Security Deposit: 

• A refundable deposit of AED 500 is required per bicycle. The deposit will be collected in cash at the time of delivery and will be returned in full upon bicycle pick-up, provided the bicycle is returned in the same condition as delivered.

Delivery & Pick-Up:

• Delivery Fee: AED 25 applies to orders below AED 150.
• Bicycles will be delivered before the Dubai Ride and picked up after the event.
• Delivery and collection will be scheduled in advance for your convenience.

Condition of Use:

• Bicycles must be kept in good condition and used responsibly.
• Any damage, loss, or excessive wear may result in partial or full deduction from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before delivery
• Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
